Se référant à ses demandes antérieures, la commission note que le projet de loi qui devrait donner effet à la convention est encore en cours de préparation. Elle espère que ce projet pourra être adopté prochainement et que le gouvernement sera en mesure de fournir un rapport détaillé sur l'application de la convention conformément au formulaire de rapport.
