The Committee notes the information provided by the Government on the statistics of collective agreements in force, as per its previous request. The Committee further notes the observations of the Confederation of Labour of the Russian Federation (KTR), communicated with the Government’s report, and the Government’s reply thereon. The Committee refers to its observation on the application of the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining Convention, 1949 (No. 98).
