The complainant organizations denounce the refusal by the authorities to register them in application of the labour legislation and regulations, which they consider are not in conformity with the principles of freedom of association; the ITUWJEC also alleges acts of discrimination in favour of non strikers, the refusal by the employer to recognize the union and the denial of its right to collective bargaining
