Takeda Indonesia enterprise failed to honour the collective agreement at the Bekasi worksite, including through failure to pay the required salary increase and notify/negotiate the transfer of a worker, it initiated dismissal proceedings and suspended 58 members and leaders of the plant-level FSP FARKES/R trade union in retaliation for their legitimate trade union activities (in particular, their request to negotiate with regard to the violations of the collective agreement), with the complicity of the local government Manpower Office and the local police
