the complainant organization alleges that a national copper enterprise discourages supervisors from union membership; that the law discriminates against the complainant organization in the systems for representation on the enterprise’s board; that the functioning of the complainant’s trade unions has been hindered by the dismissal of hundreds of members; that the right to strike was violated through an eviction decree issued by the provincial governor; and that several union leaders were called in for questioning by the police, even though the strike in question was peaceful
