- Organismes reconnus

Pursuant to the report submitted by the Government on 31 August 2023 under Article 22 of the ILO Constitution, the following ROs are authorised to carry out inspections on behalf of the Government during the port State control interventions and require Hong Kong registered ships to rectify any deficiency identified from the inspections. The applicable provision is: Section 111(2)(c) of the Merchant Shipping (Seafarers) (Working and Living Conditions) Regulation (Cap. 478AF) (https://www.elegislation.gov.hk/hk/cap478AF).
